Ingredients

Cookie Crunch:

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup plain flour (you can substitute it with almond flour)
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 5 full droppers of marijuana tincture / 1 tsp cannabutter

Cookies and Cream THC Cheesecake Bites

Directions

  1. For the dough: preheat your oven to 300 F
  2. Combine cocoa, almond flour, vanilla bean paste, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the egg with coconut oil and stir until mixed well.
  4. Scoop out the cookie batter and place each piece on a sheet of parchment paper. They should be about 1–2 inches wide once you’ve pressed them down.
  5. Bake your cookies in the oven for up to 15 minutes or until they become crispy.
  6. Let them cool down to room temperature. This will make them even more crispy, so don’t panic if you think your cookies seem too soft at the beginning.
  7. For the filling: Mix all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and work it until the filling gets smooth.
  8. Fold in half od the crumbled cookies and mix them into the filling.

  • ¼ cup whipping cream

Directions

This hearty meal is very nutritious and provides you with a decent amount of cannabutter to get your cooking experience one level higher.

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 8 cups tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp marijuana butter
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef or pork (lean)
  • 1 lb spicy Italian sausage (e.g. pepperoni or nduja)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into 4-5 even pieces

Directions

  1. Add all the sauce ingredients to the slow cooker and stir well.
  2. Set the slow cooker to “high” and cover for the time you’ll be preparing meatballs (about 30 minutes).
  3. Mix all meatball ingredients (except the mozzarella) in a large bowl. Work with the mass using your hands, just like you do with a pizza dough.
  4. Take a golf ball-sized piece of the meat mixture and place a cut of mozzarella in the center.
  5. Fold the beef around the cheese until fully enclosed. Repeat until you’re done with all the meat.
  6. Take the meatballs into the slow cooker and cover with the sauce. Close the slow cooker and continue cooking on high up to 3 hours.
