How do you package my shipment?

We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking medical marijuana so no nosy neighbors would know it is anything other then a regular package from the post office.

Do you ship Medical Marijuana outside of Canada?

No. We never do and there are no exceptions to this.

Am I allowed to pick up my order?

No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. We only accept payments via email money transfer for now.

Can I place larger orders than those listed on your site?

No. If you desire a larger quantity that what we have listed you may want to consider placing multiple orders.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge.We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Canada Post says ||successfully delivered|| but I have not received my order

here are 2 likely scenarios:

a) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or

b) what often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge (UP TO $125).

The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:

with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf;their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.

In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

My package is going to the wrong destination

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

My tracking number does not work. Help!

We will email you your tracking number before its been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website.

Please wait till the end of day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email info@buymyweedonline.ca and we will look into it.

How do I pay?

    This vape is pretty cool. It’s easy to use and clean. Pack a little of your favourite sticky icky and fire it up. I usually cycle it once, after 4 min it shuts off, give my herb a little stir and go for round number two. After that the herb is usually a nice golden brown and evenly vaped with no green left. Most of all no black or charred bits. I really enjoy this product. Though the battery life is not really amazing on this thing but that doesn’t really bother me personally as I use this at home and not really for out on the go.

    I bought my Linx Gaia from a different dispensary but its the same vaporizer.
    The Linx Gaia is the newest addition to my growing collection and I came away with an ear to ear smile on my face. This here Gaia is the new kid on the block featuring an industry first Quartz oven and glass stem. The rest of the device is solidly built on brushed metal, stainless steel and chrome plated pieces likely nickle and is non-magnetic. It has a professional all-business appeal yet also has some weight to it with a close resemblance to a hip flask. Its intuitive LED display allows to-the-degree adjustment (C or F) instead of preset values and has a large easy to read display.
    Performance wise it produces some of the cleanest, most pure tasting vapor I have experienced since entering the vaping world. It comes with the usual cleaning tools and a nice funnel for easy herb loading. The magnetic cap and hidden cleaning tool in the bottom are nice touches although a storage spot for the magnetic cap would have been appreciated to prevent accidental loss. The only downfall for such outstanding vapor quality is the battery life but this is easily forgivable over the benefits of its design. Easily charged through micro USB although no usage permitted while charging though. Easy to clean and durable although I wouldn’t suggest dropping it from any height. If you want an elegant conversation piece that produces clean unadulterated vapor, look no further then the New Linx Gaia dry herb vaporizer.

    Super bon vapo👍, la durée de la batterie est en masse suffisante (peut facilement se défoncé a 5), le goût est meilleur que lorsque le cannabis est fumé, un vapo est inévitablement meilleur pour la santé puis il est très facile à nettoyer avec la brosse ainsi que de le remplir avec le bâton qui se rentre en dessous du vapo et avec l’entonoir qui se visse sur le dessus, ne défonce pas pareil qu’un bong mais presque autant, mais clairement plus qu’au joint ou a la pipe.C’est mon premier vapo mais je ne voit pas de défauts et je suis très satisfait. Je le recommande a 100% pour la qualité/prix.

    This vape looses one star because:
    1.The cap for the mouth peice is magnetic, but I wish it was built into the vape (… But now I’m just getting picky)

    This is a continuation of my review on October 25th 2018.

    This product was not $209 when I made my original review. It was in the 160 dollar range.

    For 160 I stand by my original review. I don’t feel that 209 is a good price for this product. At that price you can find a different onr that does more than just dry herb.
